December 6, 2009

This letter is in reference to Kim. I have been working with Kim in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) at a local hospital in Sarasota, Florida for several months. Her job tasks are patient care assistant, unit secretary, and also cardiac monitoring technician. She is a great worker whom is willing to help everyone whenever needed. She is a valuable part of our ICU team. She frequently seeks out extra duties when she has down time. She also is very interested in learning anything new, which is related to patient diagnoses. She will ask questions about patient out-come after a procedure or treatment to try and get a better understanding as to the pathophysiology of a illness.

Kim is very compassionate about taking care of patients. Many of the patients request having her help them with their needs. She will be a great asset to the profession of nursing. I hope she is practicing when my family members get sick.

Sincerely
Alice RN, BSN, CCRN

personal friendship and a professional relationship.

In that time I can confidently state the Kim is very organized, efficient and extremely reliable. At a personal level, Kim is very trustworthy and honest. She is very much a self-starter and follows through with any task she takes on. Her communication skills, both written and verbal are excellent. Also, her attention to detail is impeccable.

I recently had the opportunity to work with her in relation to one of my massage patients who rapidly developed Dementia and probable Alzheimer’s. I recommended her to my client’s family to supervise his personal care. Kim has been very compassionate and meticulous about every detail of his care.

In summary, I highly recommend Kim for any position or endeavor that she may seek to pursue. She will be a valuable asset for any organization.

To Whom it may Concern:

I am writing this letter to offer my highest recommendation for Kim. She worked as a private duty CNA for my husband recently and consistently delivered exceptional quality care for him. Kim supervised a team of 6. She coordinated scheduling, handled emergencies and worked with Clare Bridge regarding my husband’s care.

She is hard working and went beyond the call of duty.

Kim was also very caring, gentle, compassionate, very conscientious and professional at all times. She was an effective team player demonstrating outstanding potential and would make an excellent addition to your health care system.

Sincerely,
Teresa

“Kim and people like her, make practicing truly gratifying.”

Saturday, December 26th, 2009

To Whom it May Concern,

This letter is to server as an enthusiastic personal reference for Kim. For the last five years Kim has been a patient in my chiropractor practice. During this time, I have been afforded a unique opportunity to observe her warn interpersonal skills, not only with me and my staff, but through her comfortable conduct around her peers.

By all accounts, Kim has shown a keen interest in any lifestyle approach which will promote and ensure healthy living for the entire family. This has been evident in our frequent conversations regarding good health.

She demonstrates a desire to stay physically fit, primarily through her consistent and intense involvement in the marital arts.

Because of the nature of my practice – promoting healthy living not just symptom relief – I have an opportunity to not only treat patients, but develop relationships and subsequently witness an individual’s character. Kim displays some of the character traits best seen in human beings: thoughtfulness, courage and passion.

Kim and people like her, make practicing truly gratifying.

Respectfully Submitted,
Glenn H. D.C.
