Some People Dream about doing what they Love to do.

Home Health AideDoing what you love…it’s hard for anyone to wake up in the morning and get motivated to go to work. But it’s a whole lot easier when you love what you do. For many years, I have worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Sarasota, Florida. I love what I do. I love working with the patients and their families. I try my hardest to make a difficult time, such as after a surgery, having a baby, an injury, illness or declining health, as easy as possible by offering my experience, compassion, and always a smile.

Do you have a Question, Concern or a Comment? I would love to hear from YOU!

This letter is in reference to Kim. I have been working with Kim in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) at a local hospital in Sarasota, Florida for several months. Her job tasks are patient care assistant, unit secretary, and also cardiac monitoring technician. She is a great worker whom is willing to help everyone whenever needed. She is a valuable part of our ICU team. She frequently seeks out extra duties when she has down time. She also is very interested in learning anything new, which is related to patient diagnoses. She will ask questions about patient out-come after a procedure or treatment to try and get a better understanding as to the pathophysiology of a illness.

Kim is very compassionate about taking care of patients. Many of the patients request having her help them with their needs. She will be a great asset to the profession of nursing. I hope she is practicing when my family members get sick.

Sincerely
Alice RN, BSN, CCRN
